The balance changes are stupid. Know why? Check svipul bonus.. 10% RANGE. that is ARTI bonus and with the changes it cannot even fit the arties! If you want to nerf 10MN fits, jsut give all T3 destroyers a role bonus 20% increased PG for speed ...

Did not check if the idea was risen... but why not make the 4h window as entosis 100% effective and the further away from that time window the slower the entosis links work? So at +- 1h for example it could work 33% slower at + -2 it could be 50% ...
